Subway - Fairhope

For years it is always kept clean, the ingredients for their meals are always fresh, and the staff is always very courteous, fast, friendly and personal. never had a problem or something wrong with any order I've ever placed in this subway. great job!

The restaurant was clean. as fresh bread melted. the staff was friendly and worked hard together, although they were shorthanded

Ordered $42 worth of food on their website and received an order confirmation. The money was deducted from my account and we received a pick up time. Showed up to get the food and they said we had to download the app and order it that way. She said we would have to give them the order again and pay for it again. I would give negative stars if I could. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Sad. I used to enjoy a Subway sandwich now and then. The bread wasn't the greatest but it was OK. The new so-called Artisan Italian bread is barely edible. I had to throw much of it away. I also did not like the replacement for the Subway vinaigrette I think it is called Yellow Parmesan? I will not be going back to Subway anytime soon.

My wife is the huge Subway fan from here Denver and Las Vegas days. Everywhere else that we have lived, (Iowa, South Texas, Eastern Tennessee, South Florida and the Huntsville, AL area), we have had only one other Subway experience as good as this one. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly, so we will be making regular visits here. Two good Subway experiences out of probably 30-35 over the past 7-8 years, doesn't speak well for Subway, but does speak very well about this particular location!
