Guthrie's - Fairhope

Great service! I had called in my order, but Drive thru was very busy when I arrived. I parked my car and called them. I asked if I could give them my card for payment and pick up at the door, since the inside of the restaurant was closed. The very nice attendant said she would be glad to take my payment and then bring my food to my car. Order was delivered to my car in 15 minutes and food was delicious. That is the way to treat your customers. Great job, Guthrie's!

The food was decent, no complaints. I had the snack meal.

Absolutely the rudest young lady I've seen in awhile. When my husband and I drove to the window after ordering, her back was to the window leaning on it for about 30 40 seconds while we sat there. The fries were not fresh at all. We ordered extra Guthrie's sauce we didn't get but we were charged for it. I had a chicken finger sandwich and it was good. The sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea. I've been to Guthrie's many times and this was the first time I was disappointed

I ordered the wing delicate plant and got only 3 wings in my teller, no offers. 15 wasted, on pommes and 3 wings? will not be back. even if it takes time, then turn off.
