Been coming here for years and have always loved it until this year. I spent a ton of money on food, and merch and then had our wives told they had to leave the table so someone else could come in. When the girls told them we were not done, they were told oh, you are those kind of people when we asked the waiter to speak to the owner he jumped and said he did not want to escalate the situation and that the girls were at a larger table and they needed it so they were asked to leave. last trip to the hook for me and I guess I will burn the $200 in t shirts I bought for all my friends. Food is always great and atmosphere has always been great but the service was terrible. Please go back to the old staff that treated the customers with respect. My tips are usually 30% or more and I wish I could take it all back now. I am usually here for a week and eat at the hook at lease 5 times each trip. that was the last trip. and rather than discuss it, they just block you from their page so you cannot comment. I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance with friends while on a trip. Really good outdoors restaurant with nice live music, atmosphere and views . It was a long weekend so we had to wait a bit longer for a table but we were having drinks at the time so it wasn't a problem. The foods was really good, fresh and well seasoned. We have good time.
