Bocca - Fairhaven

We started at the bar for a drink and an appetizer. The bar staff was very attentive and very friendly, and the martinis were a generous poor, which we really appreciated. We then went to a table and had dinner. The food was outstanding and our service impeccable. We will definitely return.

I met a friend I hadn't seen in a few years that I had worked with for over ten years. We decided to meet for lunch at Bocca which is a great Italian restaurant but today we went off the track and ordered a luncheon special, a Lobster roll. It was pricey at $32 but it was well worth it. The lobster meat was piled high on a bed of lettuce on a toasted hot dog roll .There was an option for hot with lemon and butter or cold with a small amount of aioli. We both opted for the cold one which was fresh and really tasty. Our waitress sorry never remember names was polite and efficient. A great lunch with a great old friend.

Had our reservation ready when we walked through the door. Waitstaff was extremely friendly and helpful and quick. But not too quick we enjoyed ourselves. It was my wife's birthday and I had put that in the reservation when I went and they came out with a Roman candle and a piece of cake. Not really a Roman candle, but it was pretty cool.

Our Bartender was wonderful--short and hair pulled back! Grace was our Server, young and very efficient--didn 't miss a beat. Two of us were former United Airlines International Flight Attendants, and we so appreciate receiving stellar service ! Thank you again, Grace, for a job well done. Everything was excellent but our seafood alforno was missing the lobster in this casserole ? Plenty of large scallops , shrimp, and baked cod but no lobster pieces in one casserole and the other casserole had one knuckecpiece abotcsi of quarter ! The pasta and sauce was delicious and a great serving size was perfect ! The waitress and service was excellent !
