Sonic Drive-in - Fairfield

The young lady informed us as we pulled in that she would be right back out to take our order, and she did! She came right back out to the car and took our order. One side was not available, and we were not suppose to have our order taken on the side we pulled into. We were unaware and asked if she wanted us to come around to the other side. She gracefully declined and proceeded to take our order! She was so helpful and friendly, smiled the entire time despite how hot it was outside. I wish I knew her name to thank her once again properly in this review!! It took a while for the order, but they were busy, so we understood, and her customer service made the experience even better!! Thanks again so much, and keep up the good work you all!!

I’m a huge fan of the peanut butter dessert they have here. There's one young lady who makes it absolutely incredible! Honestly, it’s the best I’ve ever had. If she’s not working, I won’t even think about ordering it. It’s nearly worth the wait just to enjoy it when she’s around. Thank you for saying what everyone else agrees with!

The order was prepared perfectly—hot, accurate, and at a great price. The service was excellent, and the grilled cheese double cheeseburger was fantastic!

I paid for extra toppings, but it didn’t feel like what I usually get from other Sonics. The master flash wasn't mixed well, and all the toppings were just sitting on top. I'm a bit disappointed that it wasn't better combined.

Everyone is waiting for a HR to get the food and it was wrong. The manager made the sandwiches new to know how he knew it was right that he did it himself. He messed her up, too. Didn't complain that he was extremely polite and didn't want to wait anymore. Due to time delays
