This is arguably the most authentic Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is consistently high-quality and packed with flavor, with some dishes being a bit spicy (they can adjust the spice level on request). I especially love the hot and sour soup as well as the seafood soup. The sizzling vegetables and fish in white sauce are fantastic, and the twice-cooked beef is always delicious. There are many other standout dishes as well. The menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of my favorite places to eat in Fairfield! The staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is absolutely wonderful.
