Jack In The Box - Fairfield

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because it was satisfying, but I was disappointed to find that my bacon and sausage jumbo breakfast plates were missing the bacon.

This restaurant is one of the worst I've been to. The employees don't wear hairnets and can't seem to read simple orders. I ordered a combo meal with jalapeno nuggets, but my fries were missing because the employee didn't bother to make them. He argued with me even though I was there the entire time. I demand a full refund to my account.

There was a leak in the kitchen, so they had to close everything down. The owner was very polite and explained that there was a broken pipe that needed a plumber to fix. She apologized for the inconvenience. Despite not being able to eat, the positive takeaway was seeing all the coworkers come together, help each other, and work as a team. That's what matters most.

The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl Combo order had less teriyaki chicken than expected. There was not enough teriyaki chicken in the dish.

The fries and chicken just tasted pretty good
