Colony Grill - Fairfield

On a bustling Saturday night, the service was speedy and the bar-style pizza never disappoints. The photo shows a pepperoni/hot oil, sausage, peppers, and onion gluten-free option, as well as a meatball and mushroom gluten-free option. The gluten-free crust is slightly thicker, but I personally prefer the regular crust if you can tolerate it. The restaurant was filled with college kids as it seems to be a popular hangout spot.

We always choose Colony Grill for our family's pizza night. They offer delicious thin bar-style pizzas and their hot oil with bacon is amazing. The staff is always friendly and quick to assist with anything you need. They are knowledgeable and always ready to chat with you while you wait for your pizza to be ready.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. I popped in for lunch and tried the hot oil onion pie, which was delicious. The waitress provided excellent service and the atmosphere was great. The music selection and volume were also on point. I highly recommend trying the dish with peppers, onions, and hot oil.

In my opinion, this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had! I especially love the hot oil pie, which I believe is unparalleled. However, no matter what your preference is, you can't go wrong with the excellent pizza at Colony. Every time I visit town, this is my go-to spot. I highly recommend making it yours too, you won't be disappointed.

I have been a fan of Colony since I was a child, starting with the original location in Stamford, CT. Out of all the franchise locations, I believe the one in Fairfield, CT is the best. Last night, I tried the hot oil sausage pepperoni stinger and it was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant has plenty of seating and provides great service. Our waitress was excellent.
