Michel's Patisserie Fairfield West

I'm not sure why Michel's Patisserie has such inconsistent quality. Is it the training or the quality of the milk? As I've mentioned in previous reviews, I suspect it's a combination of both. However, I have noticed better milk in other cafes. The service was good, but the coffee was average. The location is in an open area surrounded by shops and other eateries, but there was a lingering smell of fried food in the air which was not very pleasant. Surprisingly, there was also poor cell phone reception which made it difficult for me to work for more than 30 minutes.

I'm not sure why there is such inconsistency among Michel's Patisserie outlets. Could it be the training or the quality of the milk, as I've mentioned in previous reviews? I suspect it's a combination of both, as I've noticed a wide range of milk quality at different locations. The sausage roll was delicious, but the coffee was quite average. The restaurant is located in a bustling area with other shops and eateries, but there was a strong smell of fried food in the air, which was not pleasant. Surprisingly, there was also a very poor mobile phone connection, making it difficult for me to work for the short amount of time I had planned.

In my opinion, my neighborhood bakery stands out for their delicious bread rolls. This is quite a statement to make, considering the numerous bread shops in the area.
