Hi I’m Uber Diamond driver, I should get 12c discount, but I got nothing, it means it’s a fake Bp

Unfortunately, this Fairfield BP shop has lost and disappointed their customer, due to their boss’ unfriendly and disrespectful attitude towards BP customer. The reason below: The Indian cashier was kind and friendly. However, his male boss was rude to me as a BP customer when I politely asked him one simple question that wether there is any promotions or not for desserts products if we buy more in this store. This boss should simply answer in just one sentence, ‘No, we don’t have any promotions for it.’ But this disrespectful boss spent about 5 minutes actively blaming me for asking that common question. His way of talking showed no respect. How can a BP franchisee runs a business in such an unacceptable and appalling customer service?

I don’t recommend anyone to come to this BP, they don’t offer the reward, and the staff is also chill. Just stay away from this BP.

Surcharge for card and they don't even have a pay wave card reader. What a rip off.
