Vivi Bubble Tea - Fairfax

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I decided to try it out because they were running a restaurant week promo. The flyer advertised two medium drinks, and I confirmed with the cashier that the offer included them. However, when I went to pay, I was told that signature drinks were not included in the deal. I decided to overlook this, but when we received our drinks, they lacked flavor. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant.

I am thrilled to have a Taiwanese snack and bubble tea spot near me. As a Taiwanese American, I enjoy introducing my kids to this cuisine, even though they haven't been to Taiwan yet. The popcorn chicken and takoyaki are favorites, and the braised rice is both affordable and delicious. The Eden Center location also offers other Taiwanese dishes like beef noodle soup and gyudon. The bubble tea and herbal jelly treats are excellent as well.

This is my favorite bubble tea shop in Fairfax. The friendly staff always impresses me. The only drawback is that parking can be difficult depending on the time of day.

Okay, the bubble tea was amazing. It looked beautiful and tasted really good. The store is beautiful as well, but the only let down was the food. I got the popcorn chicken bento, and it was pretty good. But the chicken wings bento box wasn't so great. The wings had no taste and were super oily. I'd recommend the popcorn chicken bento box, and for the bubble tea, the Mango Pomelos Sago bubble tea.

Great boba! Used to work here though, and they had a strange tip policy where the actual tips customers gave went to the store, and employees got an extra $1 an hour as their “””tips”””Notably, this isn’t how tips work, and basically means customers are being tricked into thinking they’re tipping the employees, and the employees are potentially losing out on their hard-earned tip money, in exchange for a tiny hourly bonus.It was a sketchy system all around, and while the actual drinks, food, and environment is wonderful, I would suggest asking the employees if tips actually go to them, to avoid both you and them being ripped off
