Subway - Fairfax

I had difficulty getting my order across, and I ended up having to repeat it multiple times. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the cookies I had ordered and paid for. If I hadn't been in a rush, things might have gone more smoothly, but overall, the experience was unpleasant and somewhat frustrating. I'll give them another chance in a few weeks to see if it was just an off day for them.

The food is decent, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I encountered quite a bit of trouble when I tried to redeem a birthday cookie reward; the staff member was uncooperative and reluctant to honor it. Additionally, I had to ask twice for extra ingredients on my sandwich. I'm really hesitant about returning to this place.

The staff there are unprofessional and lack attention. I wouldn't recommend eating at this restaurant.

Well-being and friendly staff. I'm often here for lunch and always had a great experience. The staff is phenomenal. The most important past is consistency. Thanks West-Ox subway team.

I was there last minute new year eve just 5 minutes before closing ..the lady who served was extremely helpful and accommodating. Both the employees helped me out best possible way .
