Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Fairfax

Exceptional Customer Service from Both Staff and Management! I placed a mobile order on my phone, but due to my oversight, it got sent to a Potbelly's located in my hometown across the country. The team at this location was incredibly kind; they assisted me in canceling the order I had mistakenly placed and made my order fresh, even honoring the perk I had used for part of it. I usually don't write reviews, but I am truly impressed by the professionalism and customer service at this location. I will definitely return!

One of the better Potbellys in the area. I worked for the company up until last year, never at this location, but at 9 others in the local area. I opened 3 new shops and did tons of training. The staff here is attentive, makes the food to proper specs and it is always excellent! I will continue to come back and be a regular. If you have Gale and Michelle help you out, you will leave happy!

Great food and shakes (which they malt for free! This was my first time in a Potbelly shop, so I was a little lost, but Jasper was very patient and kind the entire night. Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent spot for a sandwich! They also offer a variety of drinks, smoothies, chips, build-your-own mac and cheese, and soup. I highly recommend adding peppers and Italian seasoning to the Italian sub.

In my opinion, this place serves some of the best sandwiches near my workplace in Fairfax City. The quality of the meat is excellent for the price, and the service is generally quick.
