Bidrage med feedbackLoved this little place. It’s less than a 10 minute walk here from the courthouse. I got the Thit Nuong sandwich and the beignets with coffee deal. The sandwich was bigger than I expected and well made. The pork was grilled properly and had enough fat to keep it interesting. The flavors were well distributed in the sandwich and the bread was soft and chewy (although I wish they used crusty French bread). The beignets were warm and delicate and perfect to dip in the coffee. They tasted very much like the ones you get at Cafe Du Monde. The coffee was nice and hot with the typical Vietnamese condensed milk. Fumbling for the light in the mens bathroom is a pain but not worth getting worked up about. The service is friendly and makes up with the quirkiness of the place.
Good place to get Banh mi if you 're in Fairfax area. Pictured is the combination sandwich (top one) and the grilled chicken sandwich (bottom). My mom and I really enjoy their 'spring rolls '..this one being the grilled pork. It 's simple but so good. Their grilled meats are very flavorful!
An amazing little hole in the wall for anybody in Fairfax wanting great cheap food. Food is fantastic and, with it's great prices, is very good quality. I had a bbq pork banh mi anda pork spring roll and both were fantastic. Also, when you consider it's pricing, this is an amazing spot to go to if you're a foodie wanting to find the best eats in fairfax or a student at George Mason University who wants great food for a great price. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here and give it a try. Also, just as a side note, food was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it before having a bite.
It was a great experience. I was able to get the best In town vietnamese Banh Mi. The Iced coffee was amazing and the deal with the combo is definitely bang for the buck. Thanks for fresh and great food. Highly recommend this place, to any one who loves or curious about vietnamese food.
You definitely need to try the savory crepes! I had the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi crepe, and it was absolutely delicious. I've always been a fan of Banh Mi sandwiches, but this was my first time enjoying them in crepe form, and it didn't disappoint. The ingredients tasted fresh and perfectly balanced. It looks like the place is family-owned, which is always a nice touch. The service was excellent as well. I can't wait to return!
