Messy Treatz - Fairfax

Terrible service, literally made us wait 5 hours for the cupcakes we ordered just to end up not even making them. They lied and said they were in the oven and when we got there they just said they weren 't going to make it. Overall just rude and unprofessional. There was no reason for them to lie about the cupcakes almost being ready and then wasting our time. We went 3 separate times to pick up the cupcakes and every time they told us they were almost ready even though they hadn 't even begun to make them. Do not recommend.

I went here twice on my visit to the National Harbor. We received excellent customer service on both occasions. We liked the strawberries and cream, white chocolate, messyfetti and the banana cupcake. We will be returning!

Good but expensive not worth the 4:50 I'll buy 4 cupcakes for $10

The cupcake were amazing. Everyone at the party complimented them.

I didn’t take pictures but if cupcakes are just sitting out all day they are going to lose their freshness. I got a red velvet chocolate. Neither flavor was very sweet or moist and the cupcake paper was stuck to the cupcake and most likely due to sitting under a light for hours. Just something to think about as a bakery but try to keep fresh cupcakes out :
