Jersey Mike's Subs - Fairfax

I recently used Jersey Mike's in Fairfax to cater a staff luncheon for about 100 people. Working with this location was fantastic and smooth from start to finish! I called the shop directly first to ask about catering and was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to their manager, Lori. I called Lori and she was extremely helpful assisting me in determining the best catering option for our group. She was also helpful in ensuring we could meet dietary restrictions in our group, including providing vegetarian and gluten free options. Our catering order was freshly made (no errors everything was perfect! and delivered on time. Lori made sure that mayo, mustard, oil/vinegar were all provided on the side and the staff was extremely happy with the options. Lori communicated throughout the ordering process and took the time to follow up after the order was fulfilled to ensure that everything went smoothly and we were happy with our order. Great food, great service thank you!!

I have a severe gluten allergy and was super scared to try their gluten free sub, but I worried for nothing! The store was extremely clean and even the prep area for the sandwiches was spotless (no scary gluten crumbs anywhere). The lady who helped me was extremely kind and understanding of my allergy, and assured me that she preps gluten free sandwiches in a designated area, with clean utensils. she also used a new bottle of mayo to ensure no cross-contamination. overall an amazing experience and absolutely no allergic reaction!!!!

Extremely fast service, extremely neat sandwich construction, and pleasant staff.

Me and my wife got the number 13 Giant with all the toppings. We get home and eat and after 30 minutes I this simce of exhaustion just comes over me and i get a super headache. She's comes to bed too complaining of same thing with nausea. This was the only thing we ate and first time this has happened after we'd ate here.
