Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Great burger and fries! The burger is thin and juicy, definitely get the double. Really liked the jalapeño burger. The fries taste kind of like in and out. Customer service at this location is awesome too! Very friendly staff.

Line was really long in drive thru, it?s almost 18 minutes and the cars are barely moving so I decided to go inside the store and same thing for ordering to go. The store is busy during Sunday so expect long wait. The burgers and sandwiches are good and so their fries. I spent 27 minutes in this store for my orders. Weekend aren?t good idea to order here.

We are new to the area and this restaurant caught our attention. We finally were able to try it out. Enjoyed good counter service and burgers and onion rings. Too cold for us to get custard, but will be back to sample it and compare to hometown frozen custard. The fry sauce was good on the onion rings too! The seating inside offers high-tops, table and booths. Lots of family photos and history. On a warmer day, there is seating outside as well. Obvious support of our military. This is a Pepsi place, so had to take a star away for that as I am a Coke drinker. UPDATE March 26, 2022 Well, the weather wasn't warmer by any stretch of the imagination, but since it was my birthday, I wanted frozen custard! But what to get exact;y?! First choice was a turtle sundae, but you didn't have any pecans. Second choice was a hot fudge sundae BUT where was the hot fudge? Seriously that small amount of hot fudge should hardly qualify to make it a hot fudge sundae! Due to the proximity of your establishment to our home, I'm sure we will return to try again. But please seriously rethink your hot fudge to frozen custard ratio. Thanks!

As for fast food, Freddy?s is definitely top tier. This location is relatively clean, their staff is young but professional enough to give good service, and the food is always fresh and hot. We have travel an additional thirty minutes out of our way to Fairfax just for this experience, so I do recommend.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru at 1 in the afternoon bc I was really craving their fries. But they didn?t put the fry seasoning on ???? I worked here in college 5-6 years ago and the speed/quality is nowhere near what it should be. Very disappointing because I love Freddy?s.
