Costco Food Court - Fairfax

I ordered a pizza at 3:05 and waited for 30 minutes, but it turned out to be frozen food. After waiting, I decided to check in because I heard the number 459 called, and I was number 460. They never called my number, even though my pizza was ready all along. The customer service needs improvement, or at least they should keep track of all order numbers. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

When I visit Costco, I usually find the food to be quite good, but this time I was disappointed. The pizza was really soggy and wet, and the crust was too thin—it felt more like paper. To make matters worse, the pizza wasn't even properly cut; it only had lines to indicate where to slice it, which made it difficult to separate the pieces. The cheese slid right off instead of sticking to the pizza. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I recently satisfied my craving for the $1.50 Hot Dog Deal at Costco. The hot dog is huge—longer than a rabbit! And it tastes great. The service is quick, which I appreciate. I love that I can order from the kiosks now; it’s so convenient, and I don’t have to worry about juggling my credit card while trying to grab my hot dog, ketchup, mustard, and drink when someone is waiting behind me. However, the staff is a bit on the quiet side and could use a little more personality. A friendly smile would go a long way! That said, they do their job well, which is what matters most. By the way, the caramel sundae is also delicious!

Was told to expect a 20 minute wait for a pizza still waiting at the window with no communication 45 later. Never again...employees are feverishly attempting to keep up with orders, but significantly understaffed and resourced.
