Cold Stone Creamery - Fairfax

Hey, We had ordered three different flavours, none of them were great to taste. Consistency was hard, and the taste was not good.Hygiene of the store overall was bad. Employees were not using masks.One who was serving also sneezed in front of me. Altogether it was a high-level disappointment.

My family and I went to cold stone and were pleased with the friendly staff, efficient service, and quality of ice cream. There were only two workers, but they were working hard to keep up during a peak time. I had to wait a few minutes to order, but that gave me time to look over the menu and decide which of their delicious cream options to purchase. They got the orders correct and the food was good. I was happy with my experience at Cold Stone.

On 7-13 we went and got 2 cones of different flavors. Both were horribly freezer burned. The young lady (asian I believe, for context) helping us was great. Friendly and quick. However, there were 3 other girls standing out front upon our arrival and then they went behind counter while the one girl who was actually working was trying to get our order. One of these 3 girls got ice cream out and starting making something. No other customers in store. The other two were just walking around behind counter messing with their phones. I felt bad for the one who was working. Ice Cream was so bad, we thru away. Expensive lesson. I see from comments I am not alone, nor has anything changed. Several complaints about the ice cream and girls and obviously nothing was done to correct. I plan on doing what other are, not going back. Sad as it used to be good. There is a Hagen Daz on upper level.

Customer service was terrible. The ice cream also was not great.

First and last time at this location. The gentleman who served me was great but the noise and carrying on around him by a pack of young girls while he was working was irritating. Running back and forth from the business area to the rear and screaming, laughing and slamming things is, in my opinion, no way to run a business.
