Marvin on their maintenance team just saved me and my roommate’s night! My roommate dropped her phone down the trash chute after hours and he came to the rescue and was able to get the phone out quickly. Truly a memorable night thanks to his quick service!

I recently experienced a not so typical maintenance issue, and Marvin acted quickly to help me resolve it. He was truly patient and understanding, and very thankful for his contributions.

Awesome maintenance team deserves 5 stars and more. Marvin and all the people he work with are outstanding. Whenever an issue came up, it was usually fixed very quickly.

I called and spoke with a leasing agent about the income driven units. I was told that there were units available and that I would need to get more information in person. I drive an hour from Maryland to be told that I need to add my name to a waitlist and then come back for a tour. Please educate your leasing agents on the information that should be provided .

George was fantastic! When I initially applied to Avalon in June through their third-party website, I had an issue with the ID verification portion. George was always responsive in emails, and quickly engaged the property manager to correct the problem. This was important to me as I was living in Texas and could not physically visit the leasing office. Additionally, I signed a lease, and then asked to switch to a different Avalon apartment that I believed better suited my needs, and George was again very responsive and engaged with the property manager to ensure this was done as quickly as possible. He thoroughly explained all of my leasing options and upfront fees from the initial phone contact, and made it very clear that I was able to reach out whenever I had questions. I moved here this month, and he has continued to provide any assistance and help that I have needed. As a side note, the other members of the office have been extremely kind and accommodating as well. As an active duty member that is always packing up and moving, this team is so very much appreciated. Thanks George and Avalon Mosiac!
