Wasabi Bay Sushi - Fairbanks

Sam is a brilliant sushi cook! he told him and I wanted to try out everything and he didn't disappoint! great to sit at the sushi bar and chat with the friendly locals!

I absolutely love this place, it's a chill hole in the wall kind of place with delicious food. The sushi here is the best in town and there's a huge selection. The chef and servers are very friendly. Price is good for Fairbanks and definitely worth it.

This was one of the first great sushi restaurants in Fairbanks, and it's still one of many I've come to enjoy. I try a little bit of everything and regularly change up my orders, but I've yet to find a dish I didn't like. The prices vary depending on the selection of different alcoholic beverages, which can add up quickly, especially if you decide to indulge in a few bottles of Korean rice wine.

This restaurant is definitely our favorite dining spot in the Fairbanks area. We moved here a few months ago, and this was the first place we tried. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and treated us like friends. The sushi is outstanding, and the chef is truly talented. We've enjoyed sushi at many places across the USA, and this is among the best we've had. I would rate it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend checking out more local gems!

The best sushi in town! This is one of my favorite spots. The Crunchy Seasoned Tuna II and the Screaming Orgasm rolls are two of my top picks. Sam, the sushi chef, is fantastic!
