Great great great wings!!! Pork sandwich leaves something to be desired but the Mexican nachos were huge and filling!! Totally recommend.

Best wings in town! Great little restaurant with a lot of hockey memorabilia around. These guys support the local teams too, especially the Ice Dogs. Not too fond of the conjoining bar, but a good joint for some tasty food. I do wish that they used fresher meat, but it's a fairly cheap lunch and you can't go wrong.

We took a family of six out for dinner on our first night in Fairbanks, and it was a great experience. The service was attentive, and the portions were quite generous. The sweet potato fries were a highlight for everyone at the table! Everyone enjoyed their meals and had no complaints. Although it may not be the best BBQ I've ever had, the prices were reasonable for Alaska, and we all left feeling satisfied at the end of the night!

Overall Atmosphere: Tubby's is located inside the Regency Fairbanks Hotel. My husband dined there with family and friends one evening after their trip to Chena Hot Springs. He mentioned that the food was fantastic, particularly the barbecue sauce, which he deemed far better than that at a popular barbecue restaurant in town. As a vegetarian, I appreciated how accommodating the staff was with my meal preparation preferences. My nephew noted that the service was very attentive, making it a wonderful dining experience. I also enjoyed the display of hockey jerseys throughout the restaurant. When the owner, Ryan, is around, the atmosphere really comes alive; he pays close attention to every customer and makes an effort to engage with fellow hockey fans as he walks through the space. Additionally, I found the hockey puck-shaped menu holders on the tables to be a charming detail. Whether you're dining solo or with loved ones, it's a great place to stop by.

The waitstaff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which is a pleasant change in Fairbanks. Additionally, the owner was regularly on-site, making sure everything was running smoothly. My colleagues and I have been there several times already, and we can't wait for our next visit.
