Absolutely excellent customer service. Professional on time. Ken and the rest of the staff were patient with my indecision order, they even offered a recommendation to choose what. I am also pleased to say that I will be a returning customer.

The sandwiches are delicious; honestly that would be the end of the review if there wasn't a hilarious story of a customer and an employee teasingly poking at each other while making my sandwich. I was trying so hard to contain my laughter; it reminded me of my old workplace and the good times had there. Good work Subway; you made me nostalgic and gave me a delicious sandwich. *applause*

I had a demanding job and arrived quite late tonight, but they prepared every sandwich in about 10 minutes. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was definitely one of my best fast food experiences in the city. Ken and the team were wonderful!

They placed two orders through DoorDash. Honestly, it seems like they just want to get the orders out. The first order was okay, but they forgot the bacon. For the second order, they were stingy with the cheese, added unwanted ingredients like raw onions, and slathered on excessive mayonnaise. My daughter even mentioned that the bacon tasted undercooked.

I ordered two footlongs and a six-inch sub, all toasted. When I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, I found that they had given me one footlong and two six-inch subs instead.
