Can't post lower than one star: arrived at 1720 with about 4 people ahead of us, and gave up at 1810 with 2 people still ahead of us... a crew of at least 5 on shift appeared to ignore the people standing in line and seemed to focus on door dash orders orsomething, I dunno I have never seen it this slow before

Cashier with the half stache is always pretty rude. Watched a door dasher kindly ask for a couple of ketchup packets and the cashier plainly told him “No”. The cashier as well have flipped him off. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Waited for 45 mins in line for some food and it was cold and stale when I got it, seems like it has been sitting there for a while. Definitely not worth the time, money, efforts and wait just awful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Trash service we've been in this line for 40 minutes worker are moving slower than snails. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally one of the worst places for customer service and accuracy of getting what you ordered. Came in ordered a simple family meal, waited for so long , not to mention everyone that ordered before and after me had already gotten their food and left. I got home and the entire meal was wrong. $50 might not much to some but to get home and have everything wrong is unacceptable. Meal type: Dinner
