Panda Garden - Fairbanks

We ordered our food for delivery just after 5pm and were quoted a 45 minute wait. After an hour my husband called to inquire and was told that they were waiting on the delivery driver to return from the last delivery. They told us approximately 15-20 minutes. Another hour passed and we called again. Still no delivery driver and we were quoted another 1 hour wait, to which we were not amenable. She suggested we come pick up our food… our prepared food had just been sitting out at this point for 2.5 hours. We were not offered any compensation and they balked at refunding us. (It’s now been almost 4 hours and the food never arrived- we ate crackers for dinner after a hard day of moving. Totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism and customer service. F

Excellent taste and value. Two adults/two children ate well for less than $20. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

Fantastic Chinese food. Unlike other Chinese food that drown meat and vegetables with sauce, this has very light sauce yet tasty. You can actually taste the meat, fish and vegetables. Fresh and delicious. One order is huge portion, more like for the whole family.

We arrived in Fairbanks from Dawson City, YT at 9:00 pm starving for vegetables! The Combo dinner was more than enough for two of us to share. Ordered an extra egg roll and soup. Had leftovers! Very nice people!

Okay- yeah so I write about Chinese food a lot. If you have liked my other spots you will LOVE this local place. Close to Holiday Inn and was local. Rated highly as well by others- I agree. I had egg drop soup and pork fried rice because I was in a hurry. Literally was prepared in front of me in 6 minutes. Now I also ate there and there is not much room. The place is not in great decor but hey I am a down home Louis Vuitton wallet carrying preppy, metro guy who can still hang here to eat. Paid cash and left a tip. The place was well worth it all around. They deliver as well and it was FAST.
