Pad Thai - Fairbanks

I love her pad Thai w tofu Xtra Veg. My favourite from all local Thai restaurant options. I wish they would open an hour earlier. I know that many restaurants have dried our world since Covid, so I understand.

Delicious!!!! The green curry was the best I’ve ever had as was the tofu Pad Thai! I think we’re going to have to go back again during our five day visit!

I have tried 4 Thai restaurants in Fairbanks and this is the best. My husband and I love garlic fried chicken and Khao Soi (curry noodle bowl). Pad thai and pad see ew are also yummy and flavorful. Location is also great.

What a great little gem ? of a restaurant, the flavors are great and traditional healthy and delicious, the staff is kind courteous and fast. Our go to thai for any day of the week, and the drive through pick up window is so convenient on our busy days.

I love this place and their food, but every time I try going there they are closed during normal business hours. It’s such a shame I would eat here all the time but if I ever want food I have to go elsewhere.
