Stopped in to get some smoked salmon for lunch and was not disappointed

Best Smoked Salmon my wife and I ever tried!! Dakota was great by showing us all the different salmon flavors, sausages available, telling how the business is family owned and even providing a little taste before we actually buy! We'll definitely come back

Awesome place. The salmon was delicious and we got samples before we asked. The staff was really generous with the samples. We even got to try the buffalo meat sticks which were just as good as the salmon. The sausages there were really good. I would definitely come back again.

Real local place to grab some cured or smoked meats. The staff was great, they were a little low on inventory when we came but they got us what we wanted and more. Will go here again next time in Fairbanks. Smoked salmon was amazing.
