Hilltop Truck Stop - Fairbanks

Old time truck stop on the Elliot Highway, with excellent food. You never know who you might run into here; ice road truckers, or even local Iditarod...

The value snd portions are really good and everything tasted great. To bad I'm just driving by because I would defiantly be a regular customer.

This place is a far cry from what it used to be. It's not a diner anymore. 3-4 tables, lousy quick food. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a meal.

Drove for breakfast. We had the cookies and Gravy, two eggs and a morning lock. The food was delicious. The staff is very friendly.

It's a truck stop, with really good cake. It's close to the best I ever had, and it's the best cake you'll find here nearby.
