Great Harvest Bread - Fairbanks

This restaurant is not a great option for vegans. The only bread available that is vegan is the sourdough; everything else contains egg wash. The staff member we spoke to seemed disinterested, and there are no vegan soup options. Save your time and consider going somewhere else.

The sandwiches are overpriced and quite basic—nothing out of the ordinary. The jalapeno bread was tasty, but I would expect all their breads to be good. Overall, I found the prices a bit steep.

The selection was limited, and the staff appeared somewhat disoriented. If you're in the area, it’s a decent choice for a sandwich (and soup, depending on the day), but there are definitely better options available in town.

No good place for vegans. the only vegan brot is the sourded. everything else is using an egg wash. the personal we talked with was an eye roll and no vegan suppening options. look at the time and go somewhere else.
