Asiana Restaurant - Fairbanks

I've been there twice and that was 2 times too many. Both times we ordered a la carte dishes, they brought full dinners that cost 40% more. They knew we didn't want the full dinners. We ordered hot food, but it was not just cool, it was COLD!! Right out of the fridge onto the plate. The food is TASTELESS. The atmosphere is like a cheap old diner. It's Korean, not Japanese. Will NEVER go to this dirty dump again. Go to FUJI which is HALF THE PRICE! Yet loaded with flavor, all Japanese people who know how to do this, and you will get superbly crafted food.

Good prices and good sized portions. My husband loves sushi, and he had been here before, so decided to take me. He had the all-you-can-eat sushi and proclaimed it delicious. I had the chicken yakisoba. It was pretty good. I had enough left over for lunch the next day, and it was actually better. The owners are so very nice here. We will definitely go back and try other items on the menu.

I was excited to have the opportunity to tell people about the excellent Sushi place. There are so many Asian restaurants that offer Sushi. I am a lover of Sushi and in my opinion, this place is better than the rest. The prices are reasonable. The only real drawback is that the bathrooms are in the basement section, which would be difficult for disabled people to access.

Asiana has the freshest sushi in town. I usually order nigiri sushi due to food allergies so it is easy to tell if the fish is fresh and properly cut. Both their salmon and smoked salmon nigiri are delicious and nearly melt in my mouth! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.

We've eaten there several times and found the service good and the food excellent. Neither of us had the sushi. The wife had bulgogi and I had stone bimbimbap bowl. Both were hot and tasty. We'll eat there again.
