Subway - Fair Oaks

This is hands down the best Subway I've ever visited. The service on the Wednesday morning shift, December 13th, surpassed any I've received from any fast food place, including Chick-fil-A. The sandwiches were generous and the ingredients were top-notch, especially the fresh avocado. I'm usually used to the piping bag of guacamole, so this was a pleasant surprise. To top it off, the manager personally shook my hand and thanked me for coming in. My fiancée and I felt truly welcomed at this Subway, and we’ll definitely return when we have another $40 to spend on meals – it was worth every penny!

I want to express my gratitude to Peter for providing the best customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in with my newborn daughter, struggling with my hands full, and he immediately assisted me by bringing a high chair and delivering my drink to my table. He was genuinely one of the nicest people I've encountered—so friendly and helpful. He truly made my day. Thank you, Peter, for reminding me that there are still gentlemen in this world!

The staff at this restaurant was outstanding! They greeted me warmly, provided patient service, and made delicious recommendations, all of which made my visit a pleasure. Their teamwork and friendly demeanor fostered a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely return for both the sandwiches and the exceptional service!

The staff is very kind, they ask polite questions and basically get straight to the point without being too generic! One of the best Subway places is Sacramento! Wish other Subway’s and other fast food franchises took notes! Good one, Subway!

When I visited this restaurant, I was welcomed in a wonderfully respectful manner. Placing my order was a smooth experience! I tried the new Baja chicken bacon sandwich on herb and cheese bread, accompanied by some chipotle sauce. It was incredibly delicious! To top it off, the manager generously offered cookies for me and my team on the house. The bathrooms were spotless as well! Usually, I encounter rude staff at other subway locations, but here, everyone was polite and attentive. Your customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this subway, and I wish other locations could match such excellence.
