Bidrage med feedbackTo begin with, food is mediocre grade, nothing to rave about. Service is same mid grade. But the interesting thing is these sales tax cheats are collecting 7% NJ SALES TAX, but state rate is only 6.665%. On top of this they charge 3% fee for credit card purchases. Check your receipts, it's clear as day! These people have absolutely no shame. I bet NJ SALES TAX DIVISION will have fun auditing them. This is happening for years and years. How low can a business owner go!
Lol called to ask if you serve beef goulash and whomever answered the phone replied with what! Then I 'm not sure what she said after I repeated beef goulash . I called on Labor Day at 1:10 p.m..
Usually go here to buy the Russian Serbian Dumplings. They are tasty, unfortunately most of staff does not speak English so it's hard to communicate. And pricing is up and down depending on who is the cashier.Features: They require masks to be worn
Anyone thinking of trying Taste of Home REALLY needs to pay attention to the fact that the glowing reviews resulting in this establishment's high rating are very old (like 5+ years . I do not think this business is interested in serving anyone outside of a small community. I was clearly not Russian-speaking but was addressed only in Russian, and then only in an extremely rude manner. Not interested in patronizing a business that is not welcoming of my business. I am not the first person to post this type of review. And what is with the businesses on this stretch of road in Fair Lawn (perhaps one of the oddest towns in Northern NJ? ... was also turned away at a pita place at 12:25 pm on a Friday.
Totally overpriced. Used to be good back in the day, but went downhill fast.
