Dunkin' - Fair Lawn

So I'm hoping the owner an management sees this because, I was treated very poorly by this women who works Monday night, I went to go pick up an order on uber eats, and she yelled at me saying you have to cancel it she lied and said they close at 9:30 when they're open till 10 and she said they ran out of food, she seems like she just didn't want to make the food because she wanted to get out of work I will be going in sometime this week to speak to her manager lying to a customer so you can leave work early is unacceptable

Food and drink quality is off. Staff is nice, but they seem to forget or misplace what you ordered. Constant chaos in the parking lot is representative of this store's ambiance. Interior doors are an architectural nightmare. Good luck getting in/out without bumping into someone.I hate giving negative reviews, but this place is not worth the trouble. I won't be back.

Evening service doesn’t exist. The employee waits for customers through the window and leaves as soon as she sees one. Sad day for the owner of the establishment. Had to go to Panera across the road, and wouldn’t you know! They gave me a free coffee. Guess where my money is going from now on?!

To the store’s management/owner . Please train your employees to say “ Hello “ and “ Please wait a minute” . I was only one in line and staff totally ignored my presence. Terrible experience!
