Havanna - Ezeiza

Havanna is a busy location due to its location, but the service could be better: the location is super disorganized, and most employees have a bad job problem. this time I ordered a caramel latte. it was served in a hot cup and not a sleeve. I asked about a sleeve, so I wouldn't burn my fingers. erica, the barista, told me there were none. then began to me about the temperature standards they use to make their drinks. I had no interest in it. the cup was hot and I needed a sleeve to protect my fingers. So I asked her politely if she would give me another cup. with a posture, she reacted to the fact that she had to pay for herself for a cup if she gave it to me. then she went, not even good bye and a good day, not a single excuse. pure setting. in other Havana locations, the staff never had a problem to offer an additional cup when they were sleeves. the attitude was never a problem, only at the location ezeiza. I think I have to stop visiting this special coffee shop and decide for other places.

I guess I will have to stop visiting this particular cafe and opt for other places.

O atendimento foi bom, e rápido. O pão com queijo e presunto estava muito bom, assim como o café. O preço é médio, razoável considerando que está em um aeroporto. Lugar para uma rápida refeição. Já fui duas vezes e retornaria.

Além de produtos deliciosos, a loja da Havana localizada no aeroporto Ezeiza tem um bom atendimento, apesar dos preços mais caros.

Apesar de estar espalhada por toda Buenos Aires, a loja do Aeroporto sempre te salva para levar mais produtos, seja para consumo ou para presentear. Do alfajor ao doce de leite, tudo é muito saboroso e de altíssima qualidade. Em minha opinião, o Havana é melhor alfajor das galaxias.
