Coming on September 17 for our wedding anniversary, we had lunch at the ramparts, where we enjoyed an exceptional view. With an excellent meal (fish sauce, lamb shoulder and gambas) a big thank you to Maxime the sommelier for his precious help. In short, a meal in a magical atmosphere, thanks in particular to our Ismael server and the director and his humor. Thank you so much.
The dishes are really delicious. It's Arnaud Faye, head of the starred restaurant that runs the kitchen. Likewise, pastries are pastry chef. It is very expensive (25€/wine glass) but there is something more than in a classic restaurant. Ex: bar net with citrus fruit. The kitchen is at the top level. It's a big maneuver. The service is professional and without any fault. Still it changes servers that work in most restaurants. Here, we see they did a hotel school. There's even a sommelier. Everything is well organized and locked. Moreover, all speak well English, which is rare in France. Finally, the view is spectacular! For all of this, I think it's worth putting the price there because it's a time out of the ordinary. We're almost on the star level I think.

Second time in this establishment and a very good time with family Kitchen and welcome perfect. Suggestion of spaghetti with excellent lobster, large portion. Just can be a flat for the fries that accompany the hamburger of fish: frozen fries that denotate the rest.
