Subway - Excelsior Springs

This place is ok depending on who is working. Went recently and was it was very unprofessional! And I couldn't eat my sandwich with all the sause they put on it.

Ordered online . When I walked in and out the employees stared couldn’t even say hello . Got home opened my sandwich, bacon was RAW Had to toss it all $25 down the drain .

Honestly has great sandwich's but the employees can not read a ticket for the life of them. Everytime i order 2 sandwichs that are the same and 1 is different and they always switch 2 of them.every. single. Time. At first i got it remade. Now i dont want to go through the trouble to drive back up there. I call and let them know that they messed up again. *this has been continuous for 4 times now* and they always hang up on me. Honestly i wouldnt waste your time doing an online order from this location because they cant read!

Barf...never again... low quality..couldn't eat! Nothing like any Philly I've ever had. Don't know what I could compare the quality or taste to..

They were friendly ,service was great They found my phone and were waiting for my return to retrieve lol!!
