Chipotle Mexican Grill In P - eville

This Chipotle is the only one in the area that is consistently well-managed and well-stocked with all ingredients. I have ordered from this location numerous times, both in person and through Doordash, and have always been satisfied. None of the other Chipotles in the area can even come close to comparing. They are always lacking key ingredients and the walk-in service area is a mess during off-peak hours. This particular location is clean, organized, and ready to serve you.

I stopped by this restaurant on April 1st and had a disappointing experience. A young man preparing takeout orders dropped a bag of chips on the floor and then proceeded to put it in a to-go bag without changing the bag, which was unsanitary. When I ordered a large unsweetened iced tea and a small diet coke, the same young man said he didn't think they had iced tea, which seemed strange to me. He also asked me to repeat my order, indicating a lack of attentiveness. Overall, the service was subpar and the experience was disappointing.

The employees are not responsible and respectful. They need to be trained how to serve customers properly and professionally.

I ordered delivery at 4:30 pm. Come 6:30 pm there’s no updates and they cancel. Made me wait 2 hours just to cancel? I love their pizza but this really gave me a bad taste moving forward.
