Applebee's Grill - eville

Restaurant opened an hour late due to staffing issues. No cook. No one knew how to make the special .

For years, this restaurant has always been the first stop after arriving in the USA, but is now obviously suffering from a massive staff shortage. There were only a few tables occupied, but I still had to wait about 15 minutes for a seat. The service was friendly and attentive as always, but there was no beer on tap, apparently due to problems with the tap system. I think they don't serve draft beer due to a lack of staff. The food came quickly and was good. No longer fully recommended, there are numerous alternatives nearby.

The only reason I'm saying something is because the men's restroom looked like it haven't been cleaned in months food on the floor the smell was bad and dirty the company needs to look into to the restroom problem and I'm not fluting the young ladies that works there because men's restroom is a man's job to clean

Dirty, slow, and everyone was super HIGH. Have fun on the weekends guys, but please only when you're not working. smh

This place was 3/4 empty when we arrived and they would not seat my wife and I until two other people in our party arrived. It's not like they were busy with a wait to be seated, our party was less than 10 minutes away and they still would not seat us. So we left and went to Longhorn Steakhouse across the street instead. I will not patronize this establishment again when visiting Charlotte, NC.
