The wiater refused to replace the cheese and the ham on the pizzas we choosed by something else. When a 2nd wiater came to serve the pizzas, we saw they put a lot of ham on them. We told the waiter we asked to not put ham, and that the first waiter refused to replace it. Then this waiter suddenly got angry an very rude. They came back with correct pizzas, but they never apologized, never sai sorry. They didn't compensate for example by offering the coffes. Contrary to what it's told inn the description, they are not vegan frienly at all.

Nous y sommes allés entre copines à plusieurs reprises, et nous avons toujours été bien servies, bien accueilles.Les plats sont bons et bien présentés, avec le choix de l'accompagnement (frites, risotto ou pâtes). Seul bémol, les filets de perches, trop secs à mon gout et en trop petite quantité.

De passage à Evian nous avons dîné chez ZAINO. Nous avions réservé en précisant que nous venions avec une poussette. À notre arrivée notre table avec un emplacement où garer la poussette nous attendait. Le service est efficace. La nourriture bonne et en quantité. À refaire à l'occasion d'une nouvelle venue à Evian.
