Got a free ice coupon for my bday so I asked if I could instead get a small custard since I really love their custard. They said no! I am sure it would have bankrupted them to switch. And just like that I don’t think I’ll go back there again.Little things that keep customers coming back or pushes them away.

Mean employees, jealous employee made my ice cream small intentionally was like half the size it should have been.
