My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing due to Lydia's behavior. She was very rude, and the customer service was unacceptable. I even overheard her yelling in the back and speaking negatively about customers after they left. I believe Lydia should be let go immediately; otherwise, I will make it my mission to steer others away from this place. It's truly unfortunate to encounter someone so disrespectful.
During my last visit, the young lady at the window was quite rude. My order was wrong, and when I asked her to fix it, they ended up adding spoiled whipped cream to my drink. It seems that my order is always incorrect. They provided great service when they first opened.
I luv Dunkin...they have many breakfast options to choose from..i need wholegrain...so they have it...I luv turkey patty, and it comes with those cute perfect and yummy eggs they make...and of course hash brwns and a donut....we go to 95th and Pulaski...right by us...everyone is very kind and friendly...and they r in great sync to get the orders filled...I have not been able to drink coffee since 2009...so that part does
It's convenient to have a Dunkin' right down the street from work but what's not convenient is the constant terrible coffee and rude workers. Every time I have gotten a hot or iced coffee in the drive through it's like they fill the cup with a drop of coffee and fill the rest with water and creamer. Coffee is ALWAYS watered down and just tastes like watered down creamer. Not to mention the rude service. God forbid you say thank you. They just ask for your money and screw you if you speak a word to them. They'll just not respond and brush you off. To much in a rush to serve other people terrible coffee.
