A relatively unknown place in Evergem, truly a 'hidden gem '. In the summer you will discover a wonderfully scented cozy garden where dining is super relaxed and in the winter you will have a cozy dining room where delicious wine is served with the right music in the background. The chef at the stove is very young, which translates into a kitchen that rises far above brasserie level and is at the same time very young and frivolous. Because of the concept you can just come here and eat a smoked salmon toast, but this is delicious salmon with tasty tomatoes, horseradish dressing, crispy lettuce,... a true treat! I understand the reviews that speak of unfriendly service, but I would rather describe it as somewhat surly and therefore authentic. This restaurant radiates tranquility in every respect, so eating here with small children, large groups,... seems less appropriate to me. Ideal for catching up with your partner, friends, ... and enjoying a delicious meal in peace and quiet.
