Bidrage med feedbackABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! This is probably my 4th or 5th visit to this location and honestly each has been bad but this one was completely INSANE! When you call in and told that you are speaking with a manager, you believe it. However, this wasn’t the case for me. The level of unprofessional is UNREAL and HUGE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY! I wouldn’t even want/recommend visiting this place. Half of the employees are rude the other half just look completely lost! Sandwiches (BLTs) were made incorrectly and cold. Not to mention the slice and a half of bacon on each foot long! Had to speak to a district and regional manager via phone because there was no authority in store! My goodness!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
It all started when I called to make sure they were open around 9:50pm they said yes I was happy told em I be there soon they insisted to take our order over the phone we told them the order as I pulled up they got the end of my order I went in assuming it would be getting ready I see four people and one was new I guess being trained into a man coming from the back asking if I ordered on phone and then kept asking me to repeat my order despite me saying it over and over not seeming to get it I gone to subway for 18years and never seen this insanity order was simple ultimate bmt with American toasted little lettuce and garlic aioli and a number twenty no bacon and heat meat with cheese my friend is autistic and hates extra stuff in the end they forgot the 2x cheese on both and ended up toasting the meat instead of microwaving tries to add lettuce to my simple sandwich barely any chicken and then before confirming adds some galic aioli to my friends sandwich and when i said no he has issues with textures and probably wont eat it just smeared the mistake to cover it up on the sandwich hoping thr meat and cheese would cover the sauce taste very pissed and never gonna go back to this store i shortened best i could but never go to chestnut ridge worst store. As a note friend didn't eat his food and reacted very bad to it.
Tonight I got a BLT with avocado, and a Philly. There was an older gentlemen and a younger guy working. They were both so kind (even to the lady ahead of me who was being kind of a Karen). They asked about every detail for both sandwiches to make sure they got it right. These were the best subway subs I’ve ever had. Not only were these two incredibly kind, detailed and great at customer service in general, their store was incredibly clean. They wore gloves and hats, the counters/tables were clean, the food was dated, and the convenience was fully stocked. There was also great parking, it was also free! It got very busy while I was in there but with only two workers service was moving quickly, their time management is impeccable. If you want subway in Morgantown, this is the place to go to.Parking: Great parking, it’s free and plenty of spaces, especially for a small location like this one.
