Ordered almost $50 in food and couldn't break a $100 around the dinner rush. Really?
Did a mobile order and half my order was wrong or plain gross. My Nacho fries were cold, mushy and old, the nacho cheese dip cups were basically empty not even close to halfway full. Ordered a cheese bean and rice burrito and modified to have extra nacho cheese and sour cream and Instead had no nacho cheese or sour cream was just beans and rice, my kids nacho cheese tacos were stale along with my nacho cheese cheesey Gordita crunch taco, tried to call the store to get items replaced and got no answer and I called multiple times. Multiple people were chilling in the drive-thru window so it was odd no one was able to answer the phone 10-15 of me picking my order up.
They made us order our food on a kiosk even though the worker was free. It was very odd.
Everything I order the fiesta potoes for my one year old they r always so hard and almost black this happens almost every time . They wouldn't eat them so why r u serving them . Make new ones. Health department will be called tomorrow morning.
