South Point Bigfoot Java - Everett

I waited for 15 min, rose to the front of the line and then was told that they could not serve anyone because the girl with the 'til was gone. I offered card and they said they can't do anything about it. I was defeated and pulled out. I parked to maybe see another place and then I saw out my window to literally see them serving the next customer... I pulled in and saw the girl that told me there was nothing she could do, and of course it was good, I just wanted my coffee. I just don't understand how she used the two cars in front of me and that one right after me. Also, sidenote, the place simply does not seem very professional and quite open only rough. I literally only saw them pour out residual drinks from mixers directly on the floors and the tablet they gave me was simply disgusting. I really don't think this place holds up to Bigfoot standards.

Good thing for you what it is that they put your drink when you ask everything that is appropriate about their dreams so always ask if you want whipped cream they don't always ask for your phone number, so you can pay points as they should, but that's okay, they are not too nosy and they don't talk if you don't want them to leave you in peace and they are pretty nice if you want to drink open 24 hours

More than 30 minutes was wasted for a cup of coffee, super slow service, I love Bigfoot Java but it looks like I wouldn't order from here again.

At this point stopped trying Big Foot Java for the first time. I ordered drinks for my family and me (they were with me in the car) But since the moment I ordered, I noticed that Barista was in the mood. At first I thought it was a thing, but the rest of my family also noticed the attitude. Drinks were good, but customer service wasn't. Next time, I'll go to another place and see how it goes.

Made my redbull with ice cream súper watery when I asked for it thick I got it back flavorless and the girl was rude. I just want a good tasting drink for Thai summer day. Ruined my day and wasted my money.
