La Costa Taqueria #1 - Everett

I really enjoyed the grilled jalapeños, they were definitely my favorite dish. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5.

This restaurant used to be good, but now they have become questionable and very expensive. You can easily spend over $50 on a meal, and they may try to charge you an extra $1 for a small portion of hot sauce. Additionally, they often forget to include my Horchata drink. It's absurd that they now ask for a tip despite providing minimal service.

The owner is wonderful and fully bilingual. The food is the best taco truck food in Snohomish County, maybe the best north of Tacoma. I love that they remember me when I show up, and they speak to me in Spanish first. It gives me a chance to practice my Spanish. Thank you for the great service, and delicious food! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
