I go there every year to buy my son an ice cream cake. The prices have gone way up sice last year. An 8' round ice cream cake was $32.99 this year it's $36.99 I understand that this is due to inflation and the economy. Since I only go once a year and my son loves Dairy Queen ice cream cakes I spend the money.

I ordered the Misty Freeze I believe it is that's the slush with a little bit of soft serve in it. I've ordered it 7 times and it's always the same consistency as a slush but with a tiny bit of soft serve. At first, they handed me something that was 98% soft serve and 2% blue raspberry slush. I could literally hold it upside down and nothing spilled. I asked them to remake it and they made me one 10% better but I still can't drink it and there's barely any liquid or flavor in it. They walked away before I could ask for them to remake it again. I guess I just won't drink anything. If I wanted a blizzard, I would have ordered one

Ordered a thin mint blizzard and they just put maybe a scoop of cookies in the ice cream. It was all plain minty ice cream with some tiny cookie crumbles on top. Im guessing they ran out and whomever made my blizzard didn't want to go get more thin mints at the time. Laaame.

Wow the customer service here was unbelievable I placed an online order for $12.09 my my card process didn't go through but on my bank statement shows that they took the money off instead of her making the food for the inconvenience she refunded my money which means that I still didn't get my food she was very disrespectful very rude and then when I went to go back to get my phone she told me that I need to leave it was very disrespectful they took my money without giving me my food I came back to get my phone the so-called assistant manager was very rude and said oh you're back in a snotty remarkable way no I'm not snotty I'm just trying to get what I paid for I even showed her the bank statement that they took the money off my card
