They left out most of our order and won?t allow refunds from Uber eats. Ordered food for 5 and tons of sides I got 2 plates. Don?t take the risk it?s not worth this bullishit

I love the food!! There?s no issues with the quality and food but I do have an issue with the employees. When I ordered from BFT online today, I walked in at the time of pickup and they didn?t even have it prepped and the employee didn?t even know I put an order in and I had to tell him what I got and then he proceeded to tell me, 12.38. I said NO. Bro I literally walked in saying I have a pickup order what the !? ??? This food is so good it?s a shame I never ever get

I have not been to these guys in a long time nor have I ever visited this particular store before. The guy I dealt with was cool and eager to please however the product the chicken was very fatty and or cut too small. Wasn't as I had remembered in Medford. Maybe too many stores less quality

A few things: 1) If you're relying on a GPS to find this place, you'll end up driving in circles. It leads you close to the restaurant, but not exact. Talk about surprised. I stopped in this location at around 8pm on Thursday night. I have never had the chance to try anything they have but have wanted to a bunch of times but haven't been able.
