La Herradura Mexican Restaurant Bar Grill

This is my visit to Evansville. Great servings of good food. The Special Dinner is a great value.

My son brought me here to eat lunchtime. He got chimichangas with rice and beans and I got chicken on the beach!! It was all great and the server was great!!

The staff and quality of the food has made this my favorite Mexican restaurant. The chorizo and roasted beans are the best. I tend to order the street Tacos or Rico.

La Herradura is a hidden gem of authentic Mexican cuisine in the southeast of Evansville, near Barnes and Noble. The value for your money is crazy, I have her house Special Sampler, two plates amazing food for $11, never was in a place that gave you as much variety as I had for the price I had paid. The meat is authentically seasoned (just the same salt and pepper above all), so I think that is confusing for some, but it is really authentic that way without taco sauce or taco season, the American versions of Mexican meat is. The food came out quickly, we went out during the week and had no problem, drinks refilled and filled our belly beak. Will like to grind others here in the future, not only for the huge portions of food, but for the unique experience here in Evansville.

Alejandro was so patient and kind! It is great to find a thankful and caring server. The food was amazing! Corn tortillas are the best!
