The Hero Sub is officially my favorite sub. UPDATE: Came back a second time to dine-in. The staff is amazing and welcoming. I look forward to coming back.

I had Cajun chicken and was not impressed. Food was bland. It was my first time. I won't be going back. I'll stick to Penn Station. Even Quiznos is better.

My husband went got us lunch at Firehouse, today. He got us both the Smokehouse brisket and cheddar. OMGSH, it was the best brisket sub I have ever eaten!!! So smoky and succulent. If I had to complain about anything, it was extremely overpriced for the price, they should give you more meat on it, for sure! $36 for 2 combos! This is the ONLY reason why I can't give a 5 star. Due to the price, my husband said he will not be back. We enjoy our weekend cheat meals, but we could have bought a whole brisket for $40 smoked it on our Traeger. Again, it was absolutely delicious, but not for the price.
